Try Before You Buy
Every product comes with a 14-day free trial. Full functionality, no credit card required. Use it in real sessions, on real projects. If it works for you, buy it. If not, it just stops working after 14 days.
After Purchase
The Basic Policy
Since you can try everything for free before buying, I generally don't offer refunds on purchases. You had 14 days to test the plugin in your actual workflow before committing.
Exceptions
If something genuinely doesn't work and I can't fix it, or if there was a billing error, email me and we'll sort it out. I'm not here to take money for broken software.
How to Request
Email support@arcticlabsaudio.com with your order number or the email you used to buy. Explain what's going on and I'll respond within 24-48 hours.
What Happens After a Refund
Refunds trigger automatic license revocation. This happens immediately when the refund is processed:
- • Your license is immediately revoked across all machines
- • The plugin stops working on next validation (within 7 days)
- • You lose access to downloads and updates
- • All machine activations are cleared
This is why I encourage trying the free trial first—so you know it works for you before buying.
EU Consumer Rights
If you're in the EU, you normally get 14 days to change your mind about online purchases. Digital downloads are different—otherwise someone could download, refund, and keep the software.
When you buy and download the plugin, you're agreeing to skip that 14-day withdrawal period in exchange for instant access.
This is exactly why the free trial exists—try it for 14 days before any money changes hands.

Before requesting a refund, reach out. Most issues are fixable—compatibility problems, installation errors, DAW-specific bugs. I respond to support emails within 24-48 hours and will actually help you troubleshoot.
